Venom Inc and Vader @The Underworld, London (UK) – 21st September 2015

It was a rainy and gloomy day on Monday 21 September 2015. That’s not a surprise for London and the UK though. Coincidentally, that was also the day that Venom Inc and Vader laid waste to the capital city with their co-headlining sets. I will be honest and say that if it was not for the Polish veterans, I probably would have not attend this event as I was never a huge fan of Venom. I always appreciated them, their “hits” if you may call them that and I always recognised their importance in metal history. Fortunately for me, their concert was a very pleasant surprise which I ended up enjoying very much. However, in addition to Venom Inc and Vader, there were two other bands worthy of mention, so let’s get to that first. Witches This four-piece from France performs a dirty rendition of blackened thrash metal. They recently released their new album The Hunt and they found the right tour to promote it because they fit in perfectly on this bill.
